The procedure for searching and checking out Audio/Video Catalog items has changed. This new site will present the public with more current information regarding catalog selections available to the public and automates the process of requesting items via email. Please print out the following directions to access, search, and request materials from our Audio/Video Catalog.
1. Access this site: http://avwebsearch.mcusd185.org/
2. After you have accessed the site, click on the "Password Required" link. This will email the Audio/Video Catalog administrator. Within this email, be sure to enter "Password Request: A/V Catalog Site" in the subject line. Once you have received the password, you will be able to access, search, and request items from our catalog.
Please enter:
Your name
Organization/School you are associated with
Phone number
Email address
in the body of the email.
3. After you receive the password, please click on the link titled "Macomb Public School A/V Catalog". You will be prompted for the password.
*The password will remain the same each time you enter the catalog site. You will not need to request a new one to access the site unless we have to change the password for security purposes.
4. You may search the A/V Catalog using the parameters found on the webpage.
5. When you have found a title that meets your needs, be sure to check the box next to the item(s) you want.
6. Please fill in the "Name", "Phone Number/Email Address" and "Comments" section. The Comments section should include any special dates the items are needed or requests for items you may not have found in your search.
* Please remember there is a time delay for inter-school and bus delivery.
7. Click the "Request To Borrow Checked Items" button to submit your request.
